Claim Discord role
A buyer signs in with Discord, verifies the email used on SellApp, and receives XLR8 User. The role is removed when no completed, unexpired linked order remains.
Close ticket
Anyone can close their own ticket from its detail view - customer or staff.

Type it in a ticket's Discord channel. Posts a warning, then auto-closes the ticket shortly after unless someone replies first. Only Ticket Support can see these channels, so this is staff-only by Discord's own permissions, not a password.
Ban sender
From a ticket's detail view, blocks whoever opened it (and their email, if given) from opening new tickets. Doesn't touch tickets they already have open.
Access Grants
Give XLR8 User to someone directly - giveaway winners, trial access, etc. - for a set number of days. Removed automatically when it expires, same as a real subscription. Doesn't message the person.

Link Discord
Link a customer's Discord to their real purchase on their behalf - for when they bought but couldn't link it themselves. This checks the email against a real, active SellApp purchase before granting anything, and is tracked exactly like a self-serve claim: the role auto-removes if their subscription lapses and comes back if they resubscribe. Only use this once you've actually confirmed it's them.
